Ways of Seeing, 4 December 2011

To coincide with Pavilion's new commission, 9 Intervals by Aurelien Froment, Pavilion presented Ways of Seeing, a seminal four-episode television series made for the BBC in 1972, by writer John Berger and producer Mike Dibb. The series revolutionised how art and advertising were perceived and read. The event took place at the Hyde Park Picture House and was introduced by Griselda Pollock, Professor of the Social & Critical Histories of Art at the University of Leeds.
